About this excursion
The "S3 Humans Shape Places - Blackwattle Bay" program teaches primary students to explore how humans influence and shape their environment. Through this program, students engage in hands-on, place-based learning that encourages them to observe, analyse, and reflect on the impact of human activities on natural and built environments.
The program emphasises the importance of understanding the relationship between people and places, fostering a sense of connection and responsibility towards their local community and environment.
