Stage 2 - Physical World at The Coal Loader
The Physical World at the Coal Loader engages students in hands-on learning about light, heat, electrical energy, and the use of forces in systems. The program emphasises sustainability and renewable energy to inspire positive environmental choices.
About this excursion
Physical World @ the Coal Loader is an engaging Science and Technology program designed to help students understand how light, heat, and electrical energy work together to create change. Through hands-on activities, students explore how forces and energy are applied in products and systems, gaining practical insights into the physical world around them.
The program also integrates important discussions on sustainability and renewable energy sources, encouraging students to consider the environmental impact of energy use. By connecting scientific concepts with real-world applications, Physical World @ the Coal Loader promotes informed decision-making and inspires students to contribute positively to environmental stewardship.
